PCBA and Assembly Technology and Solution

Started from 2008, we invested in electronic production system with an advanced technology and equipment, in order to achieve a high standard / benchmark of excellent service, we set up an international service concept, management system under a competent team work, here including 6 sigma concept, SPC means quality control approach, PPAP workflow for manufacturing system, KPI system for internal management.

PCBA area, we have a very competitive production system, like advanced SMT/Bonding line, cut-edge in quality methodology to guarantee every single step / output is in control and can be verified quantitatively, Our core strength at Fonglex is electronic assembly work. we has had extensive experiences in the area of Surface Mount Technology (SMT), through-hole PCB assembly, BGA assembly and wire bonding to name a few. The company is also in the forefront of lead free assembly processes to comply with the new Restriction of Hazardous Substance (RoHS) directive.

WE also utilizes an X-ray inspection system and various in-process testing, such as in-circuit testers (ICT) and automated optical inspection (AOI), to verify the quality of all electronic products.

Assembly line area (including PCBA process) there are 8 production assembly lines in total set-up under various conditions to cater for different assembly requirements. All assembly processes are supplemented with production fixtures, jigs and other machineries where needed to achieve the most efficient line flow.

At present, its fixed assets total RMB 12 million with 1,700 square meters factory buildings. The company mainly deals with the precise parts and automatic equipment, fixture, Jig and relevant facilities.

The factory has the independent leading competency in R&D and excellent production in capability, Now it owns more than 50 imported digital control milling process, numerical control lathes, universal milling machines, common lathes, surface grinding machines, internal and external grinding machines and wire cutting machines, etc., we are providing the high-quality products and superior services for many international and internal customers. The present metal part business unit it has been integrated with Mechanical design, IT, PLC, programming, electrical application and more utilizations of automatic system.

The quality control department in this company is equipped with some high precision inspection instruments such as Switzerland coordinate measuring machine, altometer as well as projector. We ensure and guarantee the quality and the service provided to our customer at the highest satisfaction level.
